We are living in unprecedented times and globally we in this together. There is no map or guidance on how to experience this situation because it is the first time that we have had a global pandemic during our lifetime.
As a practitioner I am also experiencing how to navigate a new landscape with my clients, this is not because I am using Zoom or other online platforms, my attention and angst is related to my place in a world where others are either waking up from a dream or a nightmare.
The reality is that our current or now past paradigm does not work and most of us have been working and living on autopilot.
And so in this place in my surrender to spirit, I have been told to keep sharing and creating space and community to help others through this world situation. My orientation during this current situation is in regards to my role as an artist and healer facilitates communities and processes for others.
And so this space is for us to come together and for me to share my tools from my professional and private training alongside naturopath Jifunza; A Naturopath, Nutritional Therapist & Student Herbalist who will provide information that you and your family can use to enhance or improve your emotional, physical and mental wellbeing.
'We are all in need of holistic healing. A holistic approach to health provides a sustainable model of healthcare. One of the principle objectives of Naturopathic Medicine is to advocate self-responsibility for health. My approach is to empower individuals/communities to raise their consciousness about how their choices and actions in life have an impact on our individual and collective health and wellbeing. Placing a greater emphasis on prevention and education is key; adopting a lifelong ‘Prevention is better than cure’ approach. increasing self-awareness, confidence and the courage to renew our desire for self-care, awareness of true Self and purpose, and remembering how to restore and maintain balance on a physical, mental and emotional level to achieve health; harmony of the spirit, mind and body'.
Please share this event with your friends and family.
